Here’s a little update from us.
We are in Vadsø. All papers [applications for Norwegian residency] are done. We handed in them last Wednesday but picked them back up on Thursday. The matter was that if we left them like that it would have taken 4 months to wait for the final decision.
Instead we took them to Kirkenes and handed them again there on Monday. As the result I have an early temporary permit to stay and work here, and the final decision will be ready 6 days from now. Hopefully positive.
We are trying not to be idle while waiting. We started a home group, first meeting tomorrow. The free Cafe will wait for the permit. A team from Southern Norway is coming tomorrow. We will have a series of tent meetings in settlements around.
