New Hope - Medical Care

Children with physical imparities often have very low self esteem and a small chance of success in life.  At times, medical care is lacking and children suffer for lack of support for basic medical care.  Physical and emotional needs go unmet.  Through MIR, one of our Russian partners, we want to change that.

Some children in orphanages have various disabilities.  Awareness of this has come as a result of meeting orphans through short-term missions work in summer camps in Russia.  In response, MIR has started a new medical program focusing on helping Russian orphans by improving their physical abilities. 

MIR identifies specific needs, coordinating with the orphanage administrative and medical staff.  Stoneworks receives donations for the program and distributes them based on program policies as may be set from time to time.
