Humanitarian Aid
The most common humanitarian aid activity is the purchase of supplies or equipment for an organization ministering to needy groups of people. Examples are orphanages, hospitals and transition homes. Typically, these are occasional or one time donations.
On occasion a donation to Stoneworks is designated for a particular individual to meet basic life needs of needy groups of people, including, but not limited to, orphans, the homeless and the elderly. In this instance the donor does not receive a tax exempt receipt.
These provisions may include, but will not be limited to, medical and dental care, medicines, housing, clothing, food and emergency funds.
