Mike moved to Russia in 2000 to help start the Russian charity MIR. He has been the Executive Director of Stoneworks since 2008. Before moving to Russia, Mike lived in Austin, Texas where he was a church administrator and had two small businesses. He, his wife Olga and daughter Valerie continue to live in St. Petersburg with their two cats, Miki and Stormy.
