David Hulley

David’s first visit to Russia was in 1996, as a member of a team visiting a summer camp. The next year he began making winter visits to children’s homes.  In 2000-2001 Dave and his wife Anne, already parents of five children, adopted two Russian teenage girls.

Dave serves on the Board of Directors of the St. Petersburg Cultural Exchange and Charity Foundation, otherwise known as “MIR”.  From 2000-2002 he served on the Board of Directors of Mission Global Outreach.

He is active in his local church, where he is an elder.  Dave works full time with Stoneworks, although he occasionally provides business consulting services through his former company, Hulley & Associates.
